We're providing authentic, verified, and anonymous references for both candidates and hiring managers looking to make hiring decisions. We're growing very quickly and completely organically. We're looking for a founding team member to help us create a consumer-facing product experience that is simple yet delightful.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to help us re-design the experience for our users (hiring managers, startup employees). Initially, your main focus will be to re-design our UI and synthesize research insights we've been gathering so far. You'll define the Design foundation for our team and help us change our process as we grow. We are also looking to improve our brand, so we hope you can help us bring it to the next level, or help us find someone that can do so. As our a founding team member and our first designer, you will have be in the driver's seat for how your role will evolve and how the Design org will grow.
About You
You have...
- Ability to design compelling UI with high attention to detail
- Support our research and use user insights to inform your designs
- Ability to ideate and iterate based on user feedback
- Ability to collaborate and comfort with leading brainstorms and building a shared vision across the team
- Experience working on consumer-facing products and/or marketplaces
- Experience working in an autonomous role, perhaps in a startup environment
You might have...
- An interest in branding - even if you don't have experience leading brand yourself, you're comfortable managing the process
- HR, recruitment, or people experience or interest
- Experience with no-code tools like Bubble
