We're looking for a Community Lead to join the team and own content creation, community operations and social.

- Are interested in Tech, internet culture and the future of work and keep a pulse of what’s going on.
About the Role
Primarily you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating engaging content on social (mostly Twitter) but also long-form blog, newsletter and TikTok content too if you like)
- Engaging in relevant conversations on social, in communities and forums and adding value
- Figuring out how we should create value for our community and deciding on the best tools and processes to engage, collect and action feedback to drive our product and growth strategy
You’ll also likely run with:
- Designing and executing growth experiments (if that interests you!)
- Aspects of product development (app and email copywriting, ideation, feedback and user research)
- Leading whole team content jams and brainstorming sessions
- User interviews and support (the whole team does this)
